Good location, friendly owner family of the hotel.
3D bed was very bad, have got back and hips aching. We were as 3 but soap and towels were changed everyday for 2 persons.

The hotel is charming. My room was especially delightful because of its cheerful color scheme and big windows that let in lots of light and fresh air. The desk staff was always friendly and helpful, and the location perfect -- for shopping, eating, exploring -- everything one could want while visiting Marseille.
I liked everything!!

Location was excellent: walking distance to Vieux-Port, 150 m to Metro line, and a Marseille white city-bycicle (free rides for 30 min, after that 1 eu per hour, to many locations in town) drop-off point around the corner. Staff was very accomodating to get me a room where the wifi- reception was good (which is vrtually absent on the top-floor).
Rooms acoustic isolation is rather weak. You do not have problems with street noise, but should you have even slightly loud neighbouring guests you will know it. Wifi reception basically absent on the top floor, so if you absolutely need wifi let them know beforehand. Breakfast is rudimentary (but accordingly priced: cheap).

Cheap, comfortable room in a great location. Excellent value for money, near old port.
Our room could have done with an upgrade to the shower, as had taken place in the room of our traveling companions

Very friendly staff, good location.
Found a pair of old socks and an empty water bottle under the bed when we moved in.

Almost nothing. The location close to the center. The room was cleaned and almost didn't smell, and it was a great pleasure to see this after the stairs where you wanted to vomit. Ah, and the air conditioner, very useful!
It is not even 1* hotel, in spite of it has some facilities lie air conditioning or breakfast (not included). The hotel seems somebody's dirty cramped house with a terrible smell and scary people. You will understand everything as soon as you enter... So better don´t repeat my error. The mattress was the worst one I had in my life: absolutely soft, driving you to the center, and you could feel all the strings. And the noises, everywhere, you hear everything, all the talks and TVs from all other rooms

The location is great. Close to the old city harbor and metro.
The furniture in the rooms is quite old. The breakfast (5 euros extra) is poor.

Most of all I liked the charm of the room. It was all pink and princess-like. The bed was confortable and I slept very well, without being disturbed of the streets or any noises. Everything was clean and for a short city trip to Marseilles, this hotel is optimal. The staff was lovely and helpful aswell!
The water in the shower didnt flow properly.

The small room was not clean, the staff very rude, they would not put on the lights for me to fit the key into the door. I paid for breakfast and he brought me cold milk for the hot choclate and he had the audacity to state that it was warm!!
